How do I get support?

On the web you’ll see a “report a bug” form at the bottom of every screen, you’ll also see our email address that you can use to send us support requests at any time


On mobile go to “settings” and you’ll see an option for “support” as the last item on the list. If you are part of an association, as in you received your ELOG through your fishing association, you can reach out to them directly for support.


Once we receive your support request our team will review it as rapidly as possible and get back to you with a timeline for a fix.
