If you can’t send your trip or are having problems sending it, we recommend that you:
- Review your information to ensure that all mandatory fields are filled
- Ensure that you have a good connection to the internet
- Log out and log back into the App. You will not lose your information
- Check to see that you are using the latest version of the software and install any updates
- Check your transmission log, as it may indicate the reason for an error
