Why can’t I send my trip to the DFO?

If you can’t send your trip or are having problems sending it, we recommend that you:

  • Review your information to ensure that all mandatory fields are filled
  • Ensure that you have a good connection to the internet
  • Log out and log back into the App. You will not lose your information
  • Check to see that you are using the latest version of the software and install any updates
  • Check your transmission log, as it may indicate the reason for an error
