Yes, our ELOGS are nationally certified by the DFO for Lobster, Crab, Salmon, and Groundfish, including Redfish, Cod, Turbot, and Halibut, as well as Small Pelagics, including Mackerel, Herring, Alewife, Capelin, and Smelt with additional certifications to follow shortly.
Currently, different DFO regions allow the use of ELOGS for certain species but not others. The list of species for which ELOGS can be used and cannot be used is updated regularly. Please check with your regional DFO officer to confirm whether or not you can use ELOGS for your fishery, or contact us directly.
