Our ELOGs work on both Apple and Android devices and with the following operating systems:
- iPhones or iPads running iOS 13 and up
- Android phones or tablets running Android OS 11 (Red Velvet) and up
If you can’t use our app on your device, you may need to update your operating system or upgrade your device, depending on its age.
Please note: We do not support newer Huawei devices as the OS is no longer compatible with Android, and older devices are not compatible with Android 11.
Most fishermen find it easiest to create their accounts, do their initial setup on the web, and then use their cellphones or tablets to collect and submit their data. Your account will be synced across your devices so you can manage your catch reporting in whichever way makes the most sense for you.
